Protein Snack Pot

 

Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Greek Yoghurt 300g or 10.6oz, 0% fat
  • Frozen Mixed Berries 1 handful
  • Peanut Butter 1 tsp
  • Chia Seeds 1 tsp
  • Honey 1/2 tsp
  • Flaxseeds 1 tsp

Instructions:

Start by scooping 300g of 0% fat protein Greek yogurt into a bowl. This creamy and
protein-rich base will form the foundation of your protein pot.

Sprinkle the frozen mixed berries on top of the Greek yogurt. The berries will provide
a burst of vibrant sweetness and additional nutrients.

Sprinkle a teaspoon each of chia seeds and flax seeds over the berries and yogurt.
These seeds add a nutritional boost with their protein, fiber, and healthy fats.

Drizzle a teaspoon of peanut butter over the toppings. If desired, drizzle half a
teaspoon of honey over the protein pot for added sweetness.
