PROTEIN POPSICLE

 

Ingredients:

  • 150g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 scoop protein powder (35g) vanilla flavour

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into moulds and allow freezing until completely solid. Run popsicles bottom under hot water for a few seconds to remove popsicles from mould with ease.
