PROTEIN OVERNIGHT COOKIE OATMEAL

 

Ingredients:

  • 150g Greek yogurt
  • 150ml unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (35g) vanilla flavour
  • 45g rolled oats 
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon almond extract 
  • Small pinch kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 100g orange
  • 50g strawberry
  • 50g blueberry

Instructions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl, and mix thoroughly. Cover with a lid or cling film, and place in the fridge for at least 8 hours, or overnight. Serve straight from the fridge when you’re ready to eat.
