PROTEIN OVERNIGHT COOKIE OATMEAL
Ingredients:
- 150g Greek yogurt
- 150ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (35g) vanilla flavour
- 45g rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon sugar free syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
- Small pinch kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 100g orange
- 50g strawberry
- 50g blueberry
Instructions:
- Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl, and mix thoroughly. Cover with a lid or cling film, and place in the fridge for at least 8 hours, or overnight. Serve straight from the fridge when you’re ready to eat.
