PRAWNS PROTEIN PASTA
Ingredients:
- 125g low calorie Slendier Pasta (fettuccine), well rinsed
- 150g prawns
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (7g)
- 2 tablespoon Chipotle Sauce
- 300g Spinach
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to the instructions on the box to cook pasta. Once done set aside.
- Meanwhile add 2 tablespoons of water to 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and set aside.
- Take out a large stovetop pan. Preheat for 2 minutes and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Add the minced garlic and the prawns to the pan. Once the shrimp are cooked add the salt and black pepper.
- Next, add the cooked pasta and the chipotle sauce to the pan. Mix everything together. After that add the spinach to the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
- Once ready serve with chia seeds and enjoy!
