PRAWNS PROTEIN PASTA

 

Ingredients:

  • 125g low calorie Slendier Pasta (fettuccine), well rinsed
  • 150g prawns 
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (7g)
  • 2 tablespoon Chipotle Sauce
  • 300g Spinach
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to the instructions on the box to cook pasta. Once done set aside.
  2. Meanwhile add 2 tablespoons of water to 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and set aside.
  3. Take out a large stovetop pan. Preheat for 2 minutes and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Add the minced garlic and the prawns to the pan. Once the shrimp are cooked add the salt and black pepper.
  4. Next, add the cooked pasta and the chipotle sauce to the pan. Mix everything together. After that add the spinach to the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Once ready serve with chia seeds and enjoy!
