Ingredients:
- 150ml fresh pomegranate juice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 100g low-fat Greek yogurt
- 30g pomegranate seeds
Instructions:
- Whisk together pomegranate juice and chia seeds in a small bowl; refrigerate overnight.
- Layer chia mixture with yogurt, and top with pomegranate seeds.
