Pineapple coconut chia pudding

 

Ingredients:

  • 180ml unsweetened almond milk 
  • 30g chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 30g shredded coconut 
  • 130g chopped pineapple 
  • 2 tablespoon sugar free syrup

Instructions:

Step 1

Whisk all ingredients together. Let sit overnight or refrigerate at least 4 hours. Adjust sweetener to taste. Top with chopped pineapple
