Pina Colada Bircher
Ingredients: (Makes 1)
- 0% Fat Yoghurt 100g or 3.5 oz
- Chia Seeds 1 tbsp
- Desiccated Coconut 1 tbsp
- Banana 1 small
- Pineapple 75g or 2.6 oz
- Mango 75g or 2.6 oz
- Porridge Oats 50g or 1/2 cup
- Pineapple Juice 4 tbsp
- Alpro Coconut Milk 4 tbsp
Instructions:
To a bowl add the oats, chia, banana (sliced) and desiccated coconut. Stir in the
wet ingredients and mix well.
Leave the bowl in the fridge for a minimum of 20 minutes or overnight.
When you are ready to eat, add the freshly chopped pineapple and mango.
