Pina Colada Bircher

 

Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • 0% Fat Yoghurt 100g or 3.5 oz
  • Chia Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Desiccated Coconut 1 tbsp
  • Banana 1 small
  • Pineapple 75g or 2.6 oz
  • Mango 75g or 2.6 oz
  • Porridge Oats 50g or 1/2 cup
  • Pineapple Juice 4 tbsp
  • Alpro Coconut Milk 4 tbsp

Instructions:

To a bowl add the oats, chia, banana (sliced) and desiccated coconut. Stir in the
wet ingredients and mix well.

Leave the bowl in the fridge for a minimum of 20 minutes or overnight.

When you are ready to eat, add the freshly chopped pineapple and mango.
