Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Water 150ml or 5fl oz
  • Banana 1, medium
  • Spinach 1 handful
  • Kale 1 handful
  • Peanut Butter 1 tbsp

Instructions:

Add the spinach, kale, frozen banana, peanut butter, and water into a blender.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
