PEANUT BUTTER & BERRY SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
- 50g frozen banana
- 150g Greek yogurt
- 150g frozen berries
- 150ml almond milk
- 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
Instructions:
- Make sure you have a strong, powerful blender that will blend up the frozen banana.
- Put all of the ingredients into the blender and blend on high until thick and smooth. You may need to stop and stir/scrape down the sides of the blender a few time, you can also add some ice cubes if its too thick.
