PEANUT BUTTER & BERRY SMOOTHIE

 

Ingredients:

  • 50g frozen banana
  • 150g Greek yogurt 
  • 150g frozen berries
  • 150ml almond milk  
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter 

Instructions:

  1. Make sure you have a strong, powerful blender that will blend up the frozen banana.
  2. Put all of the ingredients into the blender and blend on high until thick and smooth. You may need to stop and stir/scrape down the sides of the blender a few time, you can also add some ice cubes if its too thick.
