PEANUT BUTTER AND PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

 

Ingredients:

(makes 01 serving)

  • 35g Whey Protein
  • 20g Peanut Butter 
  • 200 ml Unsweetened Almond milk
  • ½ tsp Caramel Essence or Extract 

Method:

  • Combine ingredients into a blender and blend with ice for 10 seconds or until the ice is completely crushed. Enjoy Cold!
