Passion Fruit Protein Pots

 

Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Greek Yoghurt 200g or 7oz, 0% fat
  • Passion Fruit 3
  • Lime Juice 2 limes
  • Lime Zest 1 lime
  • Weetabix 1 biscuit
  • Almond Flakes 5g or 0.8oz

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the zest of 1 lime and the juice 2 limes. Stir well to
combine.


Spoon half of the lime yogurt into a serving bowl or glass. Add the pulp of 1 passion
fruit over the yogurt. Crumble in the Weetabix biscuit to form the middle layer. Top
with the remaining half of the yogurt. Spoon over the remaining 2 passion fruits.


Sprinkle the almond flakes on top for added crunch and nuttiness.
