OVERNIGHT GRAPES & OATS

 

Ingredients:

  • 40g rolled oats
  • 120ml almond milk 
  • 100g green grapes (sliced in half)
  • 50g low-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon sugar-free syrup

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a jar and place it in the fridge. Hold on for a couple of hours.
  2. Then enjoy.
