Orange Chia Yogurt Pots

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for four servings.

  • Chia Seeds 6 tbsp
  • Orange 2 (1/2 an orange per pot)
  • Orange Zest 1 orange
  • Orange Juice ½ orange
  • Greek Yoghurt 50g or 1.7oz, 0% fat
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Milk 3 tbsp
  • Greek Yoghurt 800g or 28oz, 0% fat
  • Walnuts 12

Instructions:

In a bowl, add the chia seeds, orange zest, orange juice, 50g Greek yogurt, honey,
and milk. Stir well until fully combined.


Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to
thicken into a pudding-like texture.


Divide the 800g Greek yogurt evenly between 4 small bowls or containers. Spoon 2
to 3 tablespoons of the chilled chia pudding into the centre of each yogurt pot.
Top each one with 3 walnuts and a few pieces of fresh orange.
