OATMEAL WITH PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA

Ingredients:
- 45g rolled oats
- 150ml water
- 120g bananas, chopped
- 15g peanut butter
- 15g chopped almonds
- 2 tablespoon sugar-free syrup
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Turn the heat down to low and add the oatmeal and salt to taste.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes, until the oats are tender and have absorbed most of the liquid.
- Add the chopped bananas, peanut butter, chopped almonds, and syrup and stir to incorporate evenly. If the oatmeal is too thick, add a little bit more water.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
