OATMEAL WITH PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA

Ingredients:

  • 45g rolled oats 
  • 150ml water
  • 120g bananas, chopped
  • 15g peanut butter
  • 15g chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoon sugar-free syrup
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Turn the heat down to low and add the oatmeal and salt to taste.
  2. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes, until the oats are tender and have absorbed most of the liquid.
  3. Add the chopped bananas, peanut butter, chopped almonds, and syrup and stir to incorporate evenly. If the oatmeal is too thick, add a little bit more water.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy.
