OATMEAL BANANA PUNCH SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
- 45g old-fashioned oats or quick oats
- 65g frozen banana chopped into chunks
- 300ml low-fat unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 scoop (15g) Vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 5g walnut
- 5g almonds
- 5g cashew
Instructions:
- Place the oats in the bottom of a blender and pulse a few times until finely ground. Add the banana, milk, sugar-free syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the blender as needed. Serves in a bowl topped with nuts. Enjoy immediately.
