OATMEAL BANANA PUNCH SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  • 45g old-fashioned oats or quick oats
  • 65g frozen banana chopped into chunks 
  • 300ml low-fat unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 scoop (15g) Vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 5g walnut
  • 5g almonds
  • 5g cashew

Instructions:

  1. Place the oats in the bottom of a blender and pulse a few times until finely ground. Add the banana, milk, sugar-free syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the blender as needed. Serves in a bowl topped with nuts. Enjoy immediately.
