Morning Glory Smoothie

 

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one portions.

  • Oat Milk 200ml or 6.7fl oz, unsweetened
  • Banana 1, medium
  • Espresso 1 shot
  • Pitted Dates 2, Medjool
  • Peanut Butter 1 tbsp
  • Whey Protein 1 scoop, chocolate
  • Porridge Oats 20g or 0.7oz
  • Cocoa Powder ½ tbsp

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust thickness
with extra oat milk or ice if needed. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
