Morning Glory Smoothie

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one portions.
- Oat Milk 200ml or 6.7fl oz, unsweetened
- Banana 1, medium
- Espresso 1 shot
- Pitted Dates 2, Medjool
- Peanut Butter 1 tbsp
- Whey Protein 1 scoop, chocolate
- Porridge Oats 20g or 0.7oz
- Cocoa Powder ½ tbsp
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust thickness
with extra oat milk or ice if needed. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
