MOCHA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL
Ingredients:
- 50g banana
- 300ml Unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 100g frozen cauliflower, steam before freezing for best flavour
- 100g avocado frozen or room temp
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (35g) chocolate flavour
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Toppings:
- 50g avocado
- 50g apple
- 50g Greek yogurt
- 10g cherry
Instructions:
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until mixture is smooth and has no clumps.
- Pour into a bowl and add your toppings, if using. Eat immediately and enjoy!
