MINT PROTEIN BALL
Ingredients:
- 30g dates pitted
- 20g almonds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon pure peppermint extract
- 1 Scoop vanilla protein powder (35g)
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
- Blend until well combined and then form into balls.
- Enjoy or store the leftover in the fridge.
