MINT PROTEIN BALL

 

Ingredients:

  • 30g dates pitted
  • 20g almonds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pure peppermint extract 
  • 1 Scoop vanilla protein powder (35g)
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Blend until well combined and then form into balls.
  3. Enjoy or store the leftover in the fridge.
