MICROWAVED EGG

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole eggs 
  • 150g egg white
  • 30ml Almond milk
  • 15g teaspoons finely chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into a small ramekin. Microwave for about 3- 4 minutes.
