MICROWAVED EGG
Ingredients:
- 2 whole eggs
- 150g egg white
- 30ml Almond milk
- 15g teaspoons finely chopped fresh chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into a small ramekin. Microwave for about 3- 4 minutes.
