MASHED SWEET POTATOES

 

Ingredients:

  • 200g sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 teaspoons butter (7g)
  • 1 teaspoons sugar free syrup

Method:

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender, 20 to 30 minutes.

Step 2

With an electric mixer on low, blend potatoes, slowly adding milk, gradually at a time. Use more or less to achieve desired texture. Add butter and syrup to taste. Blend until smooth. Serve warm.
