MARGHERITA PITA BREAD PIZZAS

Ingredients:

  • 1 pita bread
  • 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 50g tomatoes, sliced
  • 100g lettuce, shredded
  • 10g fresh basil
  • 30g olives, sliced
  • 45g low-fat mozzarella

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Top the pita bread with tomato sauce, lettuce, tomato slices, basil, olives, and fresh mozzarella.
  3. Bake on a baking sheet covered in foil paper for 5-7 minutes (or until the cheese melts).
  4. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
