Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one.

  • Cottage Cheese 250g or 8.8oz, 0% fat
  • Frozen Mango Chunks 70g or 2.4oz
  • Mango 50g or 1.7oz
  • Water 50ml or 1.7fl oz
  • Gelatine 1 sachet

Instructions:

Mix the gelatine sachet with boiling water.


In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the frozen mango, cottage
cheese, sweetener, and the prepared gelatine mixture. Blend until the mixture is
completely smooth and has a creamy, aerated texture.


Pour the blended mango mixture into a bowl or a sealable jar. Place in the fridge
and allow to set for at least 2 hours, or until firm.


Once the pot is set, mash the fresh mango with a fork until it reached a jam-like
consistency. Spread the mashed mango over the top of the pot and enjoy chilled.
