Mango Chia Crunch Pot

 

Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Greek Yoghurt 150g or 5.3oz, 0% fat
  • Mango 100g or 3.5oz
  • Semi-Skim Milk 120g or 4.2oz
  • Chia Seeds 2 tbsp
  • Maple Syrup 1 tsp
  • Almond Flakes 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon ½ tsp

Instructions:

In a small bowl or jar, mix the chia seeds, milk, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Stir
immediately and again after 5 minutes to avoid clumps. Refrigerate for 15–30
minutes or overnight until thickened.


Use a fork to mash the mango until smooth. Then layer your jar or bowl as follows:
Spoon the yoghurt into the bottom. Add the mashed mango. Top with the chilled
chia pudding. Finish with a sprinkle of flaked almonds.
