Ingredients:
- 150g minced chicken
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil (7g)
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 45g low-fat mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Hamburger bun or English muffin
Toppings:
- 20g lettuce
- 50g tomato
- 5g jalapeno
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Mix the spice into the minced chicken. Divide the chicken into two sections.
- Form each section into two thin patties. Place the cheese on one of the patties, and place the second patty on top. Pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the chicken patties into a small, lightly greased baking dish. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the pattie from the oven, cover it, and let it rest for five minutes.
- Serve the patties on a bun with the toppings.
