Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one servings.
- Bread Flour 85g or 3oz
- Greek Yoghurt 40g or 1.4oz, 0% fat
- Jam 1 tbsp
- Water 1 tbsp
- Icing Sugar 1 tsp
Instructions:
Add the flour and yogurt to a bowl. Mix until a dough ball forms. The dough should
not be sticky. Add a little more flour if needed. Roll the dough into a rectangular
shape on a lightly floured surface.
Spread the jam evenly over the dough. Roll it up tightly, then slice into two mini
rolls. Air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes or oven bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until lightly
golden.
Mix the icing sugar with a little water to make a runny glaze. Drizzle over the warm
rolls and serve immediately.
