HONEY GLAZED CARROTS
Ingredients:
- 250 g carrots
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon butter (7g)
- 1 tablespoon sugar free syrup
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 5g parsley
Method:
Step 1
Cook the carrots by adding them in boiled water till they are tender enough. Drain water and take them out.
Step 2
Add the carrots in the pan along with syrup, butter, lemon juice and black pepper. Cook it on medium flame till you see a glaze on them.
Step 3
Your Honey Glazed carrots are ready. Before serving them, season them with salt and garnish it with parsley.
