High-Protein Oreo Mug Cake

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one.
- Semi Skim Milk 70ml or 2.4fl oz
- Whey Protein 1 scoop, chocolate
- White Flour 25g or 0.88oz
- Oreo Biscuits 2
- Cocoa Powder 1 tsp
- Baking Powder ½ tsp
Instructions:
Place the 2 Oreos into a large, microwave-safe mug. Pour in the milk. Use a fork or
spoon to crush the Oreos into the milk, stirring until the cookies have softened and
the mixture is relatively smooth.
Add the chocolate protein powder, sweetener, plain flour, baking powder, and
cocoa powder to the mug. Stir vigorously, ensuring you scrape the bottom and
sides of the mug, until a thick and uniform chocolate batter forms.
Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high power for 45 seconds. Note:
Every microwave varies; the cake should be risen and set on top but still slightly
moist in the center.
Let the mug cake sit for 1 minute before eating, as the center will be very hot. Enjoy
straight from the mug!
