Gut Health Jelly

 

Ingredients: (Makes 2)

  • Orange Juice 250ml or 8.5fl oz
  • Lime Juice 1 lime
  • Psyllium Husk Powder 15g or 0.5oz

Instructions:

Add the lime juice, orange juice, and psyllium husk to a protein shaker or use a
hand blender to combine until smooth.


Pour the mixture into a container of your choice (small glass jars or a shallow dish
work great). Place the container in the fridge for a minimum of 10 minutes, or until
the mixture sets to a jelly-like consistency. Enjoy straight from the fridge as a guthealthy
snack.
