Green Glow Smoothie

 

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one portions.

  • Almond Milk 120ml or 4fl oz
  • Greek Yoghurt 200g or 7oz, 0% fat
  • Banana 1, small
  • Kiwi 1, whole
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Spinach 1 handful
  • Chia Seeds 2 tbsp

Instructions:

Soak the chia seeds in almond milk for 20 minutes (or overnight in the fridge if
prepping ahead). This helps them soften and release their natural gel, adding
thickness to the smoothie.


Add all ingredients to a blender: soaked chia + milk, kiwi, banana, spinach, yogurt,
and lemon juice. Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until smooth and vibrant
green. Adjust thickness by adding a splash more almond milk if needed.
