GREEK YOGURT FRUIT POPSICLES
Ingredients:
- 150g Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 75g blueberries
- 75g strawberries
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions:
- Add the berries to a food processor and pulse a few times until they form a chunky puree (or smash using a mortar and pestle).
- In a small bowl, combine the vanilla flavoured Greek yogurt, fruit puree and lemon zest. Divide the mixture evenly into your popsicle moulds Freeze thoroughly.
- To separate, loosen the handle of the mould gently, running the Popsicle mould under warm water, if necessary. Enjoy!
