GRAPES AND PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS

 

Ingredients:

  • 100g grapes
  • 45g rolled oats 
  • 300ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (35g) vanilla flavour
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Thoroughly mash the grapes in a bowl or tub. Add the remaining ingredients, and mix well. Cover, and leave in the fridge for 8 hours, or overnight. Serve cold.
