GRAPES AND PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS
Ingredients:
- 100g grapes
- 45g rolled oats
- 300ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (35g) vanilla flavour
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Thoroughly mash the grapes in a bowl or tub. Add the remaining ingredients, and mix well. Cover, and leave in the fridge for 8 hours, or overnight. Serve cold.
