GINGER BERRY OATS SMOOTHIE

 

Ingredients:

  • 30g rolled oats
  • 100g frozen blueberries
  • 150g Greek yoghurt
  • 150g crushed ice
  • 1 tablespoons sugar free syrup
  • ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Instructions:

  1. Place the oats and ½ crushed ice in a blender.
  2. Let soak until the oats have softened, about 15 minutes.
  3. Add the blueberries, yogurt, ice, sugar, and ginger.
  4. Blend until smooth and frothy.
