GINGER BERRY OATS SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
- 30g rolled oats
- 100g frozen blueberries
- 150g Greek yoghurt
- 150g crushed ice
- 1 tablespoons sugar free syrup
- ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Instructions:
- Place the oats and ½ crushed ice in a blender.
- Let soak until the oats have softened, about 15 minutes.
- Add the blueberries, yogurt, ice, sugar, and ginger.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
