FISH SOUP

 

Ingredients:

  • 100g Carisma potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon mix herbs
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 100ml water 
  • 150g white fish fillet, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon low fat cream
  • 2 tablespoon dill chopped 
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:

STEP 1

Put the potato, onion, and allspice in a wide pan with 200ml milk, water, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes until the potato is tender. stir in the cubed fish, cream and dill and season. Heat through till the fish is thoroughly cooked but do not boil.
