  • Sausages 2, reduced fat
  • English Muffin 1
  • Egg 1
  • Rocket handful
  • Apple Chutney 1 tsp

Instructions:

Start by placing the sausages in the air fryer. Cook them according to your air
fryer’s instructions until they are evenly browned and fully cooked, usually taking
about 10-15 minutes depending on the sausage thickness.

When the sausages are nearly cooked, prepare the egg. You can fry, scramble, or
poach the egg based on your preference. For a classic touch, a sunny-side-up or
a well-done fried egg works wonderfully.

Split the English muffin in half and toast it until it’s nicely browned and crispy. The
toasting gives it a lovely texture and warmth, enhancing the overall flavor of the
sandwich.

Now, assemble your breakfast delight. Place the cooked sausages on the bottom
half of the toasted English muffin. Next, carefully place the cooked egg on top of
the sausages.
