EGGNOG SMOOTHIE

 

Ingredients:

  • 240ml almond milk
  • 120g extra-firm tofu
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger 
  • 2 cloves

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes if too thick. Enjoy.
