EGG WHITE SANDWICH MICROWAVED

 

Ingredients:

  • 200g egg white
  • 1 teaspoon butter (7g)
  • 2 Slice white bread 
  • 15g low fat cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  1. Pour the eggs one at a time through the egg white separator. Or use store bought egg whites.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, whisk the egg whites, butter, cream cheese, ground pepper and salt together.
  3. Place the bowl in the microwave, cover the bowl with a microwave safe lid and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds at full power.
  4. Remove the bowl from the microwave.
  5. Toast the bread in a toaster or on a non-stick pan till golden brown and crispy.
  6. Place the microwaved egg whites between the toasted bread and enjoy.
