EGG WHITE OATMEAL
Ingredients:
- 240ml almond milk
- 1 teaspoon butter (7g)
- 45g oats
- 150g egg whites
- 30g blue berry
- 2 teaspoons sugar free syrup
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ginger
Instructions:
- Heat the butter in a pan and add half of the almond milk in pan. Once almond milk is boiling, add in oats and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes until almost all the milk is absorbed.
- Once all the almond milk is just about absorbed in oatmeal, stir in egg whites, cinnamon, ginger, syrup and remaining half almond milk.
- Stir constantly for 2 minutes over medium heat until everything is combined, and egg white is cooked. The oatmeal should be smooth and pull away from the pan when stirring.
- Serve and top with berries.
