EGG WHITE OATMEAL

 

Ingredients:

  • 240ml almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon butter (7g)
  • 45g oats
  • 150g egg whites
  • 30g blue berry
  • 2 teaspoons sugar free syrup
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger

Instructions:

  1. Heat the butter in a pan and add half of the almond milk in pan. Once almond milk is boiling, add in oats and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes until almost all the milk is absorbed.
  2. Once all the almond milk is just about absorbed in oatmeal, stir in egg whites, cinnamon, ginger, syrup and remaining half almond milk.
  3. Stir constantly for 2 minutes over medium heat until everything is combined, and egg white is cooked. The oatmeal should be smooth and pull away from the pan when stirring.
  4. Serve and top with berries.
