EGG SUBMARINE
Ingredients:
- 3 whole eggs
- 150g egg white
- 1 medium size hot-dog bun
- 1 teaspoon butter(7g)
- 30g Onion, sliced
- 50g Cucumber, sliced
- 50g tomato, sliced
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 20g lettuce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- In a bowl whisk the eggs and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Heat a non-stick pan and add some butter. Once the pan is hot adding the egg mixture and cook in medium low heat for approximately 5 minutes and set aside.
- Meanwhile slice the tomato, cucumber, and the onion.
- Cut the bun in half and slightly toast.
- Arrange the lettuce on a slice and neatly arrange the tomato, cucumber, and the onion. Top with the egg.
- Serve hot!
