EGG SUBMARINE

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 whole eggs 
  • 150g egg white
  • 1 medium size hot-dog bun
  • 1 teaspoon butter(7g)
  • 30g Onion, sliced
  • 50g Cucumber, sliced
  • 50g tomato, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 20g lettuce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. In a bowl whisk the eggs and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  1. Heat a non-stick pan and add some butter. Once the pan is hot adding the egg mixture and cook in medium low heat for approximately 5 minutes and set aside.
  1. Meanwhile slice the tomato, cucumber, and the onion.
  1. Cut the bun in half and slightly toast.
  1. Arrange the lettuce on a slice and neatly arrange the tomato, cucumber, and the onion. Top with the egg.
  1. Serve hot!
