CUCUMBER APPLE SMOOTHIE

 

Ingredients:

  • 100ml water
  • 150g Greek yoghurt
  • 60g spinach
  • 150g cucumber
  • 100g apple 
  • 30g avocado
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

Instructions:

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy.
