CRISPY CHICKEN
Ingredients:
- 150g White Meat Boneless (chicken breast, turkey breast, lean pork)
- 50ml low-fat buttermilk
- 50g whole-wheat panko bread crumbs
- 45g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin oil (7g)
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking pan with foil. Place a wire rack in the pan. Pour the buttermilk into a shallow dish. In a second shallow dish, combine the next seven ingredients.
- Dip a chicken breast half in milk and then in seasoned crumbs, pressing to coat both sides. Place chicken on the rack in the pan. Repeat the process and Lightly coat chicken with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned and cooked through (165°F)
