Creamy Oat & Seed Porridge

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one servings.
- Porridge Oats 50g or 1.7oz
- Honey 1 tsp
- Greek Yoghurt 1 tbsp, 0% fat
- Frozen Mixed Berries 80g or 2.8oz
- Banana 1 small
- Semi-Skim Milk 250ml or 8.5fl oz
- Water 100ml or 3.4fl oz
- Chia Seeds 1 tbsp
- Flaxseed 1 tbsp
- Flaked Almonds 15g or 0.5oz
- Pumpkin Seeds 15g or 0.5oz
- Cinnamon ½ tsp
Instructions:
Add the oats, seeds, nuts, milk, water, cinnamon and a small pinch of salt to a
saucepan.
Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring regularly. Cook for 5 to 8
minutes, or until thick and creamy.
Stir through the chia seeds in the final minute.
Spoon into a bowl and top with sliced banana, Greek yogurt, berries and a drizzle
of honey or maple syrup.
