CREAMY MUSHROOM PASTA

 

Ingredients:

  • 65g pasta spaghetti raw
  • 150g mushroom
  • 200ml Almond milk
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 ½ tbs mozzarella
  • 100g broccoli
  • 1 tsp virgin olive oil
  • salt as required
  • black pepper as required
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • water as required

Method:

  • Boil the Pasta
  • To prepare this delicious pasta, take a large container with enough water and a few drops of oil and add the spaghetti. Allow it to boil, make sure the pasta turns tender. Once cooked, use a strainer to separate the pasta from the water. Keep aside for a while.
  • Heat Oil and Stir Fry the Veggies
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Add the sliced mushrooms and garlic to it and sauté for a few minutes. Then, add the chopped broccoli.
  • Cook the Pasta
  • Now, add the milk and let it cook for a few minutes on a low flame. Add spaghetti to the milk and sprinkle the parsley over it. Add salt and black pepper as per your taste.
  • Garnish and Serve Hot!
  • Sprinkle the grated cheese all over the pasta and then remove from the flame. Transfer the pasta to a serving plate and serve hot.
