CREAMY MUSHROOM PASTA
Ingredients:
- 65g pasta spaghetti raw
- 150g mushroom
- 200ml Almond milk
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 ½ tbs mozzarella
- 100g broccoli
- 1 tsp virgin olive oil
- salt as required
- black pepper as required
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- water as required
Method:
- Boil the Pasta
- To prepare this delicious pasta, take a large container with enough water and a few drops of oil and add the spaghetti. Allow it to boil, make sure the pasta turns tender. Once cooked, use a strainer to separate the pasta from the water. Keep aside for a while.
- Heat Oil and Stir Fry the Veggies
- Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Add the sliced mushrooms and garlic to it and sauté for a few minutes. Then, add the chopped broccoli.
- Cook the Pasta
- Now, add the milk and let it cook for a few minutes on a low flame. Add spaghetti to the milk and sprinkle the parsley over it. Add salt and black pepper as per your taste.
- Garnish and Serve Hot!
- Sprinkle the grated cheese all over the pasta and then remove from the flame. Transfer the pasta to a serving plate and serve hot.
