CREAMY CHICKEN BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon olive oil(7g)
- 150g boneless chicken
- 250g broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon Heavy Cream
- 50ml almond milk
- 1 teaspoon parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon mozzarella cheese
Method:
Step 1
Preheat olive oil in an oven safe skillet. Add pieces of chicken and cook it until golden brown.
Step 2
Cut broccoli florets into bite-size pieces. Add them to the dish with chicken.
Step 3
Combine cream, parmesan cheese, milk, and garlic salt together. Pour the sauce over the broccoli.
Step4
Bake at 350° F for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
Step5
Bake for 7 more minutes or until the cheese gets slightly golden. Serve right away while the cheese is still all melted.
