COTTAGE CHEESE EGGS

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 180g Egg whites
  • 60g cottage cheese
  • 1 ½ teaspoon chilli powder
  • Salt to taste

Method:

Step 1 / 4

Preheat a non-stick skillet to medium heat.

Step 2 / 4

Beat eggs and cottage cheese together in a small bowl, place in skillet. Sprinkle chilli powder on eggs (to taste).

Step 3 / 4

Add egg mixture and cook slowly, turning portions of cooked eggs with a spatula as they begin to thicken.

Step 4 / 4

Remove from heat and serve immediately.
