COTTAGE CHEESE EGG SALAD

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 150g low fat cottage cheese
  • 50g bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon golden mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 10g cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. In a bottom pan boil the eggs in salted water.
  1. Chop the eggs and combine all ingredients in a small bowl season well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
