COTTAGE CHEESE EGG SALAD
Ingredients:
- 2 whole eggs
- 150g low fat cottage cheese
- 50g bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon golden mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 10g cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- In a bottom pan boil the eggs in salted water.
- Chop the eggs and combine all ingredients in a small bowl season well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
