COCONUT BERRY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL

 

Ingredients:

  • 300ml Unsweetened almond milk
  • 200g frozen strawberry
  • 100g frozen blueberry
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (35g) strawberry / vanilla flavour

Toppings:

  • 60g banana, sliced
  • 20g shredded coconut
  • 30g grapes
  • 100g dragon fruit

Instructions:

  1. Pour the milk beverage into a blender. Add the frozen berries and protein powder and blend until smooth.
  1. Serve the smoothie in to a bowls. Top with the toppings Serve immediately.
