Cinnamon & Vanilla Protein Porridge

 

Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Semi Skimmed Milk 200ml or 6.7 fl oz
  • Water 200ml or 6.7 fl oz
  • Banana 1 small
  • Porridge Oats 60g or 2.1 oz
  • Vanilla Whey Protein 1 scoop
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon 1/4 tsp

Instructions:

Mix porridge oats with semi-skimmed milk and water in a pot. Heat on low, stirring
regularly, for 4-5 minutes until oats are cooked.

Stir in the ground cinnamon until evenly distributed, then remove the pot from
heat.

Add vanilla whey protein powder, stirring until smooth and well-incorporated.

Serve hot, topped with banana slices and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy this protein-rich,
flavorful porridge as a wholesome start to your day.
