CINNAMON ROLL SMOOTHIE

 

Ingredients:

  • 250ml Almond Milk 
  • 35g Whey Protein powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp flax seed 
  • 1 ½ tsp sugar free syrup 

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until you get a smooth consistency.
  • Add ice cubes if necessary.
