CINNAMON ROLL SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
- 250ml Almond Milk
- 35g Whey Protein powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp flax seed
- 1 ½ tsp sugar free syrup
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until you get a smooth consistency.
- Add ice cubes if necessary.
