CHOCOLATE PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS
Ingredients:
- 45g rolled oats
- 150ml unsweetened almond milk
- 150g Greek yoghurt
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (35g) chocolate flavour
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 100g mix berries
- ¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg for topping
- 30g pomegranate
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients and Refrigerate: Place in the fridge overnight.
- Top oats with pomegranate arils and a sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg and enjoy.
