Chocolate Power Porridge

 

Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Alpro Soy Milk 250ml or 8.4 fl oz, chocolate
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Chia Seeds 1 tsp
  • Cocoa Powder 1 tsp
  • Flaked Almond 1 tsp
  • Water 120ml or 4 fl oz
  • Oats 75g oats or 2.4 oz
  • Almond Butter 1 tsp
  • Greek Yoghurt 1 tbsp, 0% fat

Instructions:

Put the oats, 1/2 tsp of chia seeds, water, chocolate milk, and cocoa powder in a
saucepan. Cook over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring as needed.

Once cooked, top with a tbsp of 0% fat greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp of chia seeds, and a
tsp of almond butter. Sprinkle the almond flakes over the top and add a tsp of
honey.
